Michael John Jerome, 67, of Clay, passed away Tuesday at his home after a 5 year courageous battle with cancer. Born in Syracuse, Michael was an Airforce Veteran. He was employed at Crucible Steel, Centro and A & E Transport. He was predeceased by his parents Lillian and Albert, his brother Alfred "Skip" Jerome.
Michael is survived by his daughter, Dorothy (Fausto) Ramirez; his son; Michael (Christina) Jerome; his sister, Maureen Hartnett; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be Monday 12PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse. Visitation will be 11-12PM before the services.
