Michael S. Humphreys

Michael S. Humphreys, 63, formerly of Marco Island, FL, passed away on December 12th after a courageous battle with Parkinson's Disease. He was born and raised in Emporia, KS and eventually settled in Southwestern Florida where he established a renowned lawn and landscaping service, Michael Humphreys Lawn Service on Marco Island, Florida. He was a consciencous and extremely hardworking owner and operator. Mike flourished in Florida, enjoying all of the recreational opportunities the area had to offer. He will be remembered as a crazy, fun loving and generous father, grandfather and special friend.

Mike was predeceased by his parents, Verl Humphreys and Marylou Fladung.

He is survived by children, Deena (Bobby) Stanley and Karlee Humphreys; grandchildren, Saige, Morgan and Anthony; sisters, Janice Marie Humphreys and Patrice Ellen (Raymond) Pittman and several nieces and nephews.

Services are private for the family in New York. A Celebration of Life will be held on Marco Island, date to be determined due to current circumstances.
