Michael A. Cimino

Early morning on Thursday, January 7, 2021, Michael Anthony Cimino, father of two children, passed away at the age of 65.

Mike was born on October 24, 1955 in Syracuse, NY to Eugene and Sally (Storms) Cimino. After high school he went on to complete his journeyman's certification. He became a machinist and had a long career owning his own business (Cim Tech Tool) in the Tool & Die industry.

On May 6, 1978 he married Judith Clare Linder. They raised two daughters, Adrienne Johnson and Emily Cimino. Mike had a passion for music. He spent a lot of his free time playing guitar and drums, solo or with friends. He was known for his free spirit, his quick wit, and his quiet yet kind soul.

Michael was preceded in death by his father Eugene, his mother Sally, and his brother Michael.

He is survived by his two children Adrienne Johnson and Emily Cimino and his brother Eugene.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday January 19, 2021 at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N Main Street, Syracuse NY 13212, from 10am-12pm. Sharing of Memories will follow. Burial will be private for the immediate family. Flowers may be sent to the funeral home.
