Michael Edward Berman, 68, of Syracuse, passed away July 2, 2023. Michael was born in Syracuse, New York on April 23, 1955 to the late Morris and Esther Berman.
He was born an artist who was skilled in many different mediums. He studied at the University of Utah College of Fine Arts and the Art Students League of NY. Michael was president of Syracuse Printmakers. He loved the outdoors, gardening, long walks, and music. Most importantly he loved family time with his wife and son. Mike was a loving husband, father, brother, and uncle. He loved his son Julian, the sparkle of his eye. One of Michael's greatest achievements was 19 years of sobriety. Michael was humble and walked the earth gently.
Michael was predeceased by his brother, Irving Berman. He is survived by his wife of more than 40 years, Carol Mancuso; son, Julian Berman; three brothers, Raymond (Marianne) Berman, Leo (Diane) Berman, Charles Berman; and a sister in law, Hong Xiao.

A celebration of Michael's life will take place July 15th, 11AM, at Unity Church of Syracuse, 300 W. Seneca Turnpike, Syracuse, NY.
