Michael D. Bedford, 76, passed away on November 25, 2023.
He was preceded in death by parents, Violet and James E. Bedford Sr.; sisters, Sheila K. Vess and Sherrie Lundy.
He is survived by his sister, Romona (David) Gibbs; brothers, James E. Bedford Jr., Rick (Angelia) Bedford, Ron Bedford, Jerry (Karen) Bedford, Jack (Jeannie) Bedford; sons, Michael Douglas Bedford, Jr., Melvin Gadson; daughters Mary Etheridge, Denise O'Mary, Kimberly Icem and Kat Icem ; partner, Robin Carter; special friends, Rose, Sheila, Nick, Carla, Steve Mikalene; special little friends, Amari, Kennedi, and Charlie.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, December 12th 10am-12pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals. A service will be held on Tuesday, December 12th at 1PM in the chapel at Onondaga County Memorial Cemetery, 4069 Howlett Hill Road in Syracuse.
