He was born on May 11, 1938. In his free time he enjoyed planting and gambling. He likes to travel, explore the world, listen to music, and meet new people.
He is survived by his wife, Lang Chang, and his three children Yai Weng, Xin Chang, and Katrina Chang-Ouano.
He will be greatly missed by his friends and families. May he rest in peace with the Lord.
