Melissa Leigh Ure-Hillick, 47, of West Monroe, passed away September 1, 2022. Melissa was born in Syracuse, New York on December 9, 1974 to John and Autumn Ure. Upon graduation, she earned her Nursing Degree. Melissa lived for her son Jonathan. He was her pride and joy in life.
She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Jack and Violet Keledjian.
Melissa is survived by her son Jonathan Mills; parents, John and Autumn Ure; sister, Brittany (David) Grimsley; nephew, Easton Grimsley; and aunts Deborah Smith and Cathy Ure-Furze.
Calling hours will be held Wednesday, September 14th, 2022 from 4-6PM at New Comer Cremations and Funerals. Memorial contributions may be made in Melissa's memory to the CNY SPCA.
