Mckinley C. Baldwin

With sadness we announce the passing of McKinley C. "Mick" Baldwin of Syracuse. Mick departed this life on Monday April 15, 2024, at the age of 53.

Upon completion of his studies in Syracuse City Schools, he continued his education at John C Smith University and Bryant & Stratton. Mick retired from Centro in 2024 after 22 years of service. He was an avid sports fan; his greatest joy was spending time with his family and friends.

Mick is survived by his wife, Danita; his sons, Daniel and Kindall Baldwin; Grandmother, Bertha Bradford; Stepfather, Deacon Marvin Hill Jr.; Brothers, Christopher J. Baldwin (Delores), Joseph Stroman (Tonya), and Demetrius Jones; Sisters, Pamela Baldwin and Marla Hill; Grandchildren, Alea, Andrae and Lilly; Aunt, Joanne (William) Walker; Uncle, Wallie (Dee) Bradford; and a host of Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews, Cousins and Friends.

He was preceded in death by his Mother, Judy "Cele" Hill; Father, Charles Lee Baldwin; Uncles, Ronnie and Lonnie Bradford.

A Celebration of Life will be held Monday April 22, 2024, at Southern Missionary Baptist Church, 3143 Midland Avenue, Syracuse. Calling hour at 10:00AM, with service immediately following at 11:00AM.
