Maureen A. Tranelli, 90, of North Syracuse, passed away February 15, 2021.
Maureen was born in Syracuse, New York on November 1, 1930 to the late Maurice and Viola Maher.
A longtime resident of North Syracuse, she enjoyed her job at Chase Bank. Maureen loved dancing, doing crossword puzzles, chatting with friends and her dog, Prancer. Most of all she loved to spend time with her family.
She is predeceased by her loving Husband, Eugene A. Tranelli; Sisters, Mary Evans, Martha Palmer, Marie Cole and Monica Miller; Brothers, Martin Joseph and Gerald Maher.
She is survived by her Two Step-Daughters, Rebecca (David) George, Mandi Tranelli; Step-Son, Eugene (Shelly) Tranelli; Sister, Margaret (Art) Paul; Brothers, James (Ann) Maher and John Michael (Doreen) Maher; Sister-in-Law, Sister Ann Tranelli. As well as many nieces, nephews, step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren.
Visitation will take place on Tuesday, 4-7 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, N. Syracuse. A funeral mass will be held Wednesday at 10:30 AM at St. Rose of Lima with burial to follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, DeWitt.
