Maureen M. Aurelio

Maureen M. Aurelio, 73, of Liverpool, passed away August 9, 2024. Maureen was born in Massena, New York on October 12, 1950 to Carl and Eva MacLennan. 

 Maureen was a woman who loved to travel and see the world. She traveled throughout the US, visited Hawaii, Australia, Scotland, and even Ireland. She enjoyed traveling with her family as often as she could. She spent her summers in her summer home on Trout Lake. She was a member of the Red Hat Society, and a faithful member of St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church. In her free time, she enjoyed spending time with her friends and family; her grandchildren most of all. Maureen was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother and friend. She will be dearly missed. 

 She was preceded in death by husband, Richard Aurelio; Father, Carl MacLennan; Mother, Eva MacLennan; and Brother, Mark MacLennan.

 She is survived by her Daughter, Melissa (James) Wright; Son, Richard (Michele) Aurelio; Grandchildren, Andrew Wright, Sydney Cobb, Miranda Cobb, Nathan Aurelio, Nicholas Aurelio; Sister, Carol (Lisa) MacLennan; and several Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

 Funeral Services will be on Thursday, August 15, 2024 at 11 AM at St. Matthew's Episcopal Church, 904 Vine Street, Liverpool, NY.

 In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Hospice CNY.
