Matthew Scott Perks, 34 of Chittenango, NY and formerly of Bridgeport, NY passed away unexpectedly.
Born in Syracuse on July 12, 1983 to Steven and Brenda Perks.
He is survived by his children, Matthew, Mackenzie and Mason; mother to his children, Lisa Notaro; his mother, Brenda and John Brennan; siblings, David (Stephanie) Perks and Leah Brennan; maternal grandmother, Evelyn Lovenguth; paternal grandfather, Paul Perks and several nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
He is predeceased by his father, Steven; paternal grandmother, Mary Perks; maternal grandfathers, David Cooper and Richard Lovenguth.
Calling hours will take place on Tuesday, July 3rd at New Comer Cremations and Funerals, N. Syracuse from 4-7pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The American Cancer Society.
