Matthew G. Hodge, 27, of Syracuse, passed away Sunday at University Hospital. Born in Syracuse, Matthew worked for Syracuse University.
He is survived by his daughter, Briana Hodge; son, Christian Detor; father, Graig H. Hodge; mother, Vivian E. (Don) Brown; brother, Ben Brown; step-brother, Don Brown III; step sister, Shannon Brown; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Services will be Saturday, 10 AM in the North Syracuse Baptist Church. Burial will be in Pine Plains Cemetery, Clay. Calling Hours will be Friday from 4-7 PM at New Comer Family Funeral Home, 705 N Main St. (Rte 11), North Syracuse.
Contributions in lieu of flowers can be made to his children, C/O Vivian E. Brown, 221 Co. Rte. 23A, Constantia, NY 13044.
