Maryanne Beacham-Joyce

Mary Anne (Beacham) Joyce, 66, of Syracuse and West Palm Beach, FL, passed away peacefully on February 9, 2021.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William H. and Anna C. Beacham; siblings, Thomas, Cornelius, and Katherine.

Mary Anne, AKA as “Mimi” graduated from Corcoran High School in Syracuse in 1971. Later attending the Tomlinson Business Institute in Clearwater, FL. Mimi worked for many years at Community General Hospital of Syracuse. She would always have a smile and a kind word for everyone she interacted with in the business office and later in the executive offices.

Mary Anne is survived by her husband of 46 years, Timothy Joyce. Neither one could be far from each other. They traveled and did almost everything together. Mimi had many hobbies. She could always be found in her garden or at her sewing machine. She was an exceptional cook and baker.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Francis House.

A remembrance and burial will be in South Onondaga Cemetery on Saturday, October 5th at 10 AM.
