Mary Eva Weiss
August 18, 1922 — January 16, 2019
Mary Eva Weiss, 96, of Syracuse, passed away January 16, 2019.
She was kind hearted, would go out of her way for anyone, would put others before herself, loved trivial pursuit and knew all the answers even until the end of her life, she was very close to all her family members.
Mary was a stay at home mom to love and protect her children as much as she could. She enjoyed to cook and bake, during thanksgiving she would make an army of gingerbread boys and if you were coming to visit she would bake you a cake.
She was preceded in death by Husband, James Weiss.
She is survived by her Daughters, Karen Weiss and Mary Lynn Knupp; Sons, James Weiss, William Weiss and John Weiss; Several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will take place on Monday, January 21, 2019 from 4-7 pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, N. Syracuse with a service at 4 PM. A mass will be held Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at 10 AM at Blessed Sacrament Church. Burial to follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
