Mary Jane (Sahm) Packard, 92, of Central Square passed away on Friday January 26th, 2024.
Mary Jane was born in Clay and graduated from North Syracuse High School. She was employed at General Electric for forty years. Mary Jane enjoyed reading, doing puzzles, working in her many flower gardens, and especially bowling. She was an avid Yankee fan.
Mary Jane was a communicant of Clay Immanuel Lutheran Church.
Mary Jane was predeceased by her husband Robert, her daughters Janice Schlie and Marjorie Okafor, her parents Ernest and Elsie Sahm; sisters Dorothy, Eunice, Barbara, Betty, Sharon and Diane; brothers Milford, Carlton, George, Ernest and Arloe.
Surviving are her daughters Robyn, Son-in-law Ronald Schlie; sisters Bernice (James) Sullivan, North Syracuse; Beatrice (Curtis) Richardson, Newark, NY, Linda (Gary) Howdeshell, Bryant, Arkansas and Nancy Sahm, Mattydale. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great, great grandchildren.
