Cicero, NY

Mary Beryl Gustke, a beloved mother and grandmother, passed away peacefully at her home on January 12, 2025, at the age of 84.

Born on March 16, 1940, in Syracuse, Beryl lived a life filled with love and unwavering commitment to her family. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Robert Gustke, her daughter, Robyn (Gustke) Tobin, and her sister, Susan Murphy.

Beryl is survived by her children, John and David, and her adoring grandchildren, Grace, Eleanor, Robert, Steve, Olivya, and Ryan. She cherished every moment spent with her family and always put their needs before her own.

In her leisure time, Beryl enjoyed the simple pleasures of life, such as fishing, playing cards, watching tennis, and cheering on the Dodgers. Her warm smile and sense of humor will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

For many years, Beryl worked as an office manager at Home Aides, where her dedication, hard work, and kind-hearted nature made her an invaluable member of the team.

Visitation for Beryl will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals on Tuesday, January 14 from 5:00pm to 6:00pm. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society in her memory.
