Mary C. "Billie" Devlin, 91, of North Syracuse, passed away Sunday at St. Camillus with her loving family by her side. Billie loved to golf, garden and was a talented seamstress and artist. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend. Her gentle spirit and kind heart enriched the lives of everyone she knew. She was predeceased by her husband of 36 years, Lloyd E. "Bud" Devlin Jr., 8 siblings and her first husband Palmer Cately.
Billie is survived by her son and daughter in law, Keith and Donna Devlin; daughter, Pamela Devlin; granddaughter, Lia Preuss; her brother, Dan (Mary Jean) Belzer; sister in law, Laura Sneddon; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be Thursday 10:30 a.m. at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. Burial will follow at White Chapel Cemetery. Calling hours will be Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
In honor of Billie, in lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the charity of your choice.
