Marvin G. Henderson

Marvin G. Henderson passed on August 21st at his home of 31 years in Baldwinsville New York. Marvin was born in 1946 and raised in Spartenburg South Carolina. He and his wife of 38 years, the former Sharon Facik of Westvale, made there home in Spartenburg from 1973-1978.
Marvin was an electronics technician by trade and held an associate degree from Gaulledet University in Washington D.C. Marvin was employed by Tanatex Corp. of South Carolina from 1970-1978, MacLaw Tool and Aircraft from 1979-1990 and Lamberth Fabricators of Baldwinsville from 1991-2001.
Marvin enjoyed the outdoors and taking care of his home. He found living a simple lifestyle was very fulfilling. He enjoyed his children and grandchildren.
He is loved and will be greatly missed by his grandchildren, Landon and Lukas Herrmann, Cameron, Cerul, Adriana and Riley Sullivan. He is survived by his loving wife Sharon, his son Jeffrey Henderson of Brooklyn NY, and daughters Catherine (Travis) Henderson-Herrmann of North Syracuse and Monique Henderson of Phoenix NY. A sister; Marsha Nieto of California. A sister in law Carol (Anthony) Ascioti of Solvay. Four nephews and five great nieces.
Private services for the immediate family were held August 24th at New Comer Funeral Home No. Syracuse. Burial was at St. Mary's Cemetery in Dewitt.
