Martin Herbert, 37, of Mattydale passed away Thursday. Born in Syracuse he formerly worked for Overnight Transportation. He enjoyed building model airplanes and radio controlled cars. He is predeceased by his mother Dolores Benderski.
He is survived by his children Martin Jr., Natalie and Matthew, his father and step mother; John L. Herbert Sr. and Karen, his step father; Edward Benderski, brothers; John Jr. (Barb), Richard, Patrick (Beth) and Gregory, sisters; Theresa Corron, Janine Herbert, Christina (David) Wasniski and Serena (Jim) Snowberger and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be private.
Contributions in lieu of flowers are being accepted for the children in care of John Herbert, 442 Oneida River Rd Lot 27, Pennellville, NY 13132.
