Martha G. Schaeffer, 89, of Bridgeport, New York died Saturday, May 12, 2012 at Loretto Nursing Home in Syracuse, New York.
She was predeceased by her husband, William E. Schaeffer in 2007.
Surviving are a son, William R. (Diana Mittler) Schaeffer of Bridgeport, New York; a daughter, Jeanne (David) Brett of Canada and Florida; a sister, Dorothy Blakeman of Syracuse, New York; four grandchildren, multiple great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews including, Duane Bratz of Lafayette, New York.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 from 4-7pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 North Main Street, North Syracuse, New York. Services will be held at 11 AM on Thursday, May 17, 2012 at the funeral home. Burial will be in Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
