Marla K. Barrington, 81, of Baldwinsville, went to meet her heavenly Father on Wednesday July 13th surrounded by loving family at St. Joseph's Hospital. Marla was born in Syracuse on October 18, 1940. Marla was last employed at Liberty Mutual in Syracuse, NY.
She was a member of the Temple Baptist Church in Baldwinsville whose Faith was in one Sovereign God whose son, Jesus Christ, who died on the Cross so that everyone who accepts Him will have Everlasting Life. She will be remembered for her contagious smile and will be deeply missed by all who knew her!
She is survived by her children, Marla Dusharm, David (Julie) Jackson, Jr., Clifford (Susan) Jackson, Bryan (Jennifer Ferris) Jackson, Shawn Jackson, Lynne (Peter) Rotunno, brother Edward Barrington II, 17 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, along with many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday July 18th from 10-12noon at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse with services at 12 noon. Burial will take place at Belle Isle Cemetery.
