Mark R. Owens, 35, of East Syracuse, passed away on April 9th.
Mark was predeceased by three uncles, Michael Gardner, Steven Owens and Robert Krupka.
He is survived by his parents, Laura and Charles Owens; two siblings, Adam and Jenna; nephew, Carter; grandparents; several aunts, uncles and cousins and his cat, Bubby.
