Mark J. Cook, 44 of Cicero, passed away peacefully with family by his side Tuesday, January 20th. Mark battled for 9 months with an aggressive form of cancer called High-grade Neuroendocrin Carcinoma. He is survived by his wife Jodi Crawford, children Lucy (7) and Charlie Cook (5), Parents William and Barbara Cook, brother Chris Cook and family, sister Cathy Milton and family, and numerous loving Aunts, Uncles, nieces, cousins and countless friends both in NY, ME and in MA where he and his wife and children lived prior to his illness.

Mark worked as a Senior Process Engineer for International Rectifier Inc., in Leominster, MA. He was born in Bangor, ME, and was a graduate of Oldtown High School in Old Town ME, and RPI in Troy, NY. Mark was a devoted father and loved passing on his passion for science,nature and animals to his two young children. He loved sports, movies, cooking, games and craft beer. He was quiet, thoughtful, funny and a loyal friend. He will be missed dearly.

Calling hours on Saturday from 2-4pm at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse, with services to follow.
