Marion Lykins, 90, passed away Saturday at St. Joseph's Hospital with her loving family by her side. Marion was the daughter of the late Lorenzo and Josephine Pantoliano.Marion enjoyed bowling and skating in her younger years. She loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Her family and friends all enjoyed her near world famous spaghetti sauce and meatballs. Marion was a trustee of the Local 854 Retirees UAW in which she took great pride. She was predeceased by her husband, Thomas and her daughter, Lorri Lykins.
Marion is survived by her daughter, Carol (Edward) Mertens, son, Lawrence Lykins, grandchildren, Edward Mertens, Steven Mertens, Heather Lykins, Desmond Chestnut, Loren Lykins, great grandchildren, Devin Mertens, Drew Mertens, Dylan Werts, Dominique Rowser, Anthony Chestnut, Angel Maysonet, Jaeden Campbell.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse, on Monday from 4 to 7 pm. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday 10:00 am at St Rose of Lima Church. Burial will take place at North Syracuse Cemetery.
