Marion J. (Liberati) Mazzuca

Marion J. (Liberati) Mazzuca, 89, of Syracuse, passed away after a short illness on Wednesday. She was the former proprietor of Gateway Diner in Bridgeport, NY. She was a long-term resident of St. Joseph's Manor. She was best known for her kindness and generosity. She is predeceased by her husband, Frank J. Mazzuca Sr.; two brothers, Nicholas and Louis Liberati; two sisters, Anne Bingham and Angie Puchir.
She is survived by two sons, Frank Jr.(Karen) and James (Laura) Mazzuca; two daughters, Donna (Gordon) Decker and Theresa (Jere) Arnold; 18 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; a brother, Joseph (Beulah) Liberati; four sisters, Rose Chiarmonte, Connie Szaraz, Vera (Peter) Serino and Betty Liberati; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be Saturday, 10 AM at St. Margaret's Church, Mattydale, NY.
Burial will follow at North Syracuse Cemetery. Calling hours will be Friday from 5-8PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse.
