On December 21st, 2022, Mario Grabovac, loving son, brother, uncle, and friend, unexpectedly passed away at age twenty-six in his residence in Cicero, NY.
He is survived by his parents, Finka and Viktor Grabovac; his siblings, Renata (Chili) Culum, Ramona (Steve) Grabovac, Anto Grabovac, Helena (Tomo) Duznovic, Taylor Fiumara; and his niece and nephews, Melissa, Elvis, Paul, Zayn, and Iden.
Mario was born on July 13th, 1996, to his loving parents in Freiburg, Germany. Mario was a compassionate soul and had a heart of gold. His smile lit up the room, and his laughter will be greatly missed. He enjoyed spending quality time with his family and friends. He loved swimming, music, movies, and having bonfires with his loved ones and his cat, Gyspy. He was known to make jokes and always brought joy to those around him. Mario loved the snow, and Christmas time was his favorite time of year. He will forever be honored during the holidays.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, January 2, 2023, from 4-6 pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse.
