Marilyn J. Harney, 75, of North Syracuse, formerly of Auburn, passed away suddenly on Friday. Born in Niagara Falls she was a 1954 graduate of Buffalo General Hospital where she was an Operating Room Supervisor and was an Industrial Nurse throughout New York State. She belonged to the Alumni Association of the Buffalo School of Nursing.
She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Jack, a sister; Patricia (Edward) Peak of Niagara Falls, a great nephew; Davidson Cavagnaro and her little angel; Joanna Donovan.
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 4-7 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Salvation Army.
