Marilyn Cowen, 88, of Kirkville passed away on May 2, 2024.
Marilyn was born October 12, 1935 to Marvin and Catherine Kraff.
Marilyn retired from running a neighborhood daycare in which she took care of so many of the local children who loved her so.
In her free time, she enjoyed putting together Diamond Dots pictures and taking her grandchildren shopping sprees at Walmart and taking them to lunch after.
Marilyn was the second out of five children.
She was preceded in death by her father, Marvin; mother, Catherine and two brothers Robert and Gerald Kraff.
She is survived by her two sisters Kathleen Hadley and (Just) Mary Atkinson; seven children, Michael, Donna, James, Sherri, Patrick, Scott, Kim; She had 19 grandchildren, 14 Great grandchildren and two great great - grandchildren.
There will be no services or calling hours per her wishes, if you would like to send condolences, please send to 7700 Devaul Rd. lot 63 Kirkville NY 13082.
She is Not Gone
Ease your grief, she is not gone,
For in your heart, she lingers on.
Her smile, her laugh, her special way,
Will comfort you, for day to day.
You’ll feel her presence in the breeze,

And it’s her face that you shall see,
When you need company.

The love you shared… you saved it all.
