Marie Warren, 87, of Syracuse passed away Tuesday. Born in Batesville, Mississippi she worked at General Electric for 36 years. She was a member of the Bethany Baptist Church and a member of the Usher Board. Marie loved traveling and gardening.
She is survived by her daughter; Willie Mae Abrams, her brothers; Cecile and Calvin McGhee, her grandsons; Gregory and Reginald Abrams, a granddaughter; Wanda Abrams, her great grandchildren; Gregory Jr., Reginald Jr., Brandi, Shianne Abrams and a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family.
Services will be held on Tuesday at 1 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, North Syracuse. Burial will follow in Oakwood Cemetery. Calling hours will be on Tuesday from 12-1 PM at the funeral home, 705 N. Main Street.
