Marie Metz, 84, of Fayetteville, went home to be with her Savior, The Lord Jesus Christ on October 10, 2015 at Iroquois Nursing and Rehab Center.
She was born on January 17, 1931, in Skaneateles, New York to George and Louise White.
She enjoyed camping, bingo, and traveling.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Metz; brother, Lyman White; sister, Lois Harris and her parents.
Marie is survived by her daughter, Patricia Bogett; son, Robert Farman; brothers, Donald White and Merl White; sister, Juanita (Leo) Reading; grandchildren, Cody A. Bogett and Paul Downing.
Calling hours will be held Saturday, October 17, 2015 from 4:00 to 7:00 PM, at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 North Main St., North Syracuse.
Services will follow at 7:00 PM with her brother, Donald White officiating.
Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made in her memory to Upstate University Hospital.
