Maria Elena Schlueter
November 27, 1947 — April 27, 2020
Maria Elena Schlueter, 72, of North Syracuse, went to be with the Lord on Monday, April 27th. She graduated from Liverpool High School in 1965. Maria retired from Sweetheart Market in 2003. She loved walking at Onondaga Park.
Maria was predeceased by her parents, Samuel and Helen Solitto; brother, Samuel Solitto III and a sister, Alyce Daino.
She is survived by her loving husband, Ralph Schlueter; former spouse, Robert Woodruff, Sr.; children, Robert (Joanna) Woodruff, Jr., Michelle (Chadrick) Benedict, Melissa (Chris) Baechle, Gail (Chris) Kuc, Heidi (Harold) Myers and Edward (Deanna) Schlueter; grandchildren, Joseph, Austin, Robert, Brandon, Devon, Kody, Samuel, Matty, Jonathan, Sierra, Grace, Alex, Breanna, Kyle, Morgan and Jake; great-grandchildren, Isabella and Zander and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to North Syracuse Meals on Wheels.
