Marguerite L. Cook, 88, of Syracuse passed away on Saturday at Loretto Nursing Home with family by her side. She was born on August 3, 1926 daughter of the late Guy and Clara Murray. She volunteered at St. Anthony of Padua in the lunchroom for several years, she enjoyed playing bingo and watching her grandchildren.
She was predeceased by her husband Kenneth and her daughter Dawn Provost.
Surviving are 3 daughters; Sherry (Donald) Ingison, Beverly Emry, Brenda (Nick) DiGennaro, 2 sons; David (Kathy) Cook, Kenneth (Alexa) Cook, many grandchildren, great and great great grandchildren.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 4-7pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse. Services will be held on Thursday 10am at the funeral home. Burial will take place in St. Mary's, DeWitt.
