Margaret A. Vincent, 89 a 57 year resident of N. Syracuse died Monday at home. She was daughter of the late Walter and Harriett O'Brien Jarvis. Mrs. Vincent retired from the North Syracuse Library following many years of service. She was an avid bowler and golfer. She was predeceased by her husband John B. Vincent in 1996 and her son-in-law Ingo Wiechmann in 1999.
Surviving are two sons, John C. (Linda) Vincent of Clifton Park, NY and Jeff (Monica) Vincent of Mattydale; two daughters. Jill Wiechmann of N. Syracuse and Jean (Richard) Card of Kennewick, WA; nine grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be 5:00 – 7:00 pm Thursday at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. Services and burial will be private.
Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to NOPL, 100 Trolley Barn Rd., N. Syracuse.
