Margaret E. Kazulak

Margaret E. "Marge" Kazulak, 68, peacefully went home to be with her Savior and Lord Jesus Christ on February 10th, 2023, at SUNY Upstate Medical Center in Syracuse, NY, surrounded by her family. Marge was born on May 31st, 1954 in Potsdam, NY. She is predeceased by her parents Mary Jane and Frank Fisher, who both passed in 2019.

Marge is survived by Arthur; her loving husband and best friend of nearly 50 years; as well as brothers Ralph and Steve; and sisters Nancy and Denise. She also leaves children and significant others who will love and cherish her memory always, AJ and Andrea, Rebekah and David, Andy and Gwen, Rachel and Mike, and Ruth and Brett. She was also adored by her many grandchildren.

Marge was an extraordinary wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She battled chronic pain and MS for decades, before eventually being diagnosed with stage IV cancer in fall of 2022. Through it all she trusted in the grace of her Redeemer and held on to the hope that she would one day be healed, either in this life or the one to come. Marge was selfless and generous, faithful and virtuous, gracious and kind, creative and brilliant. Ultimately, Marge loved the Lord her God, and loved people well. She has fought the good fight; she has finished her course, and her death was precious in the eyes of the Lord. Hallelujah.

There will be a calling hour at Calvary Baptist Church in Brewerton, NY, on February 26th at 3:00PM with a memorial service at 4:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to Cancer Connects of East Syracuse.
