Mae "Binks" Elizabeth Woods, beloved mother, passed away Thursday, March 8, 2012 at home in North Syracuse, New York.
Born in Brooklyn, New York, the daughter of the late Frank and Elizabeth Huckabone.
She was predeceased by her husband Egbert "Woody" Otis Woods and her sister Ruth "Mickie" Mulqueen.
Survived by her daughter Shawn E. Prell (Edward), son KO Woods (Gail), son Barry Woods, grandchildren Matthew Earle (Ruiqi), Brian and Timothy Woods, nieces and nephews.
Mae's family would like to acknowledge the comfort and support offered by the people close to us and to thank them for their kindness and well wishes.
All arrangements will be private.
