Luther Gregory Jr.

Luther Gregory Jr. 74, departed this life on December 20, 2017 surrounded by his loved ones. Luther was a native of Fountain Inn, South Carolina and he spent his adult life between Syracuse, New York and South Carolina. He was a long time member of New Salem Missionary Baptist Church. He worked for the Roth Steel Corporation for many years. Luther was the son of the late Luther Sr. and Anne Gregory. He was the loving husband of the late Carolyn Gregory. He was predeceased in death by two brothers, Eugene and George Gregory; two sisters, Lillie Pulley and Betty Wright and his niece Ruth Adair. Luther leaves to cherish his memories two daughters; Natasha Gregory and Crystal (Jamain) Gregory both of Syracuse, New York. Three grandchildren; Jamier Huddleston, Nissana Ratchford and Aliyah Blunt. One great-grandchild; Jamari Huddleston. One brother in-law; Junior Wright and two sister in-laws; Arlene Huggins and Linda Gregory. Two special nephews; Rickey and George Gregory; Four special nieces; Diane Pulley, Carla Mason, Christina Taylor and Destiny Gregory. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Calling hours will be held at Payton Memorial Temple COGIC from 10-Noon. Funeral services will follow at Noon. Burial will be at Loomis Hill Cemetery, Syracuse.
