Loomis A. Pardee, 86, of Brewerton passed away on October 16, 2022. He was born to the late Hawley and Helen Pardee on November 3, 1935 in Syracuse.
Loomis lifelong resident of Cicero where he and his brother John worked the family farm. They started their own snowmobile business Pardee Brothers, which they owned and operated for 37 years. He drove school bus for North Syracuse School District. He joined the Cicero Fire Department as soon as he turned 18. He was a past chief and a member for 68 years. He loved making his own backyard maple syrup, and he shared with many. He enjoyed hunting, snowmobiling, the outdoors and loved to tell stories and sharing his experience. He put others first and was a role model to many.
He was predeceased by his Parents; his first Wife, Barbara Searles; Sisters, Florence Goodell, Mary Luke, Cora Brown, Fran Usery; Brother, John Pardee.
Loomis is survived by his Wife, of 51 years, Carol Pardee; Children, Michael, Thomas, Jennifer, Jamie; Grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Kahl; 4 Great-Grandchildren; Sister-in-law, Ruth Pardee; and many Nieces and Nephews.
Calling hours for Loomis will be held on October 22, 2022 from 11am to 2pm at New Comer in N. Syracuse.
