Linda L. Van Scoter

December 22, 1959 — November 5, 2017

Linda L. Van Scoter, 57, passed away on November 5, 2017 in Georgia.

Linda was an avid Syracuse University Basketball and NY Giants fan. She loved all animals. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren. She was also a devoted foster parent for many years.

She is predeceased by her parents, Hiram and Glady's Van Scoter.

She is survived by her 6 children, Joshua, Matthew, Rena, Mari-Lee, Brandy and Dorothy Van Scoter; 3 grandchildren, Ethan, DeWayne and Gabriella; sister, Barbara DiFlorio and 2 brothers, William and Newton Van Scoter.

Visitation will take place Saturday, 10-12 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, where a funeral service will follow. Inurnment to take place in Oakwood Cemetery following services.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Humane CNY, 4915 West Taft Rd.
Liverpool, NY 13088.
