Linda Schweichler passed away peacefully on July 03, 2024.
Born on August 2, 1938, in Gasport, NY, Linda was the daughter of George and Edith (Manning) Humphrey and attended Royalton-Hartland High School.
She enjoyed working at Fisher Scientific in Rochester, New York in a range of sales support positions.
Linda was predeceased by her loving husband of 54 years, James W. Schweichler.
Linda loved spending time with her family, especially during the holidays, and at the family summer home on the St. Lawrence River. She was especially known for her pasta salads and for hosting pizza parties on the porch. She loved going out to brunch with her family.
An avid painter and puzzle enthusiast, Linda found solace and joy in crafting beautiful works of art. She had a keen fondness for her small dogs, who were her faithful companions throughout the years.
Linda is survived by her daughters Kim Viau and Debbie Jacoby, four grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister-in-law, Cora (Schweichler) Bailey, and a host of other relatives and friends who will miss her.
Interment will be at Glenwood Cemetery, Lockport, NY, with a private graveside service where Linda will be laid to rest alongside her beloved husband, Jim.
