Lester Kinnetz, 87 originally of Lakeport, and a resident of Lyncourt since 1951, passed away Monday at University Hospital. Lester was a salesman for Eber Bros Wine & Liquor (formerly M. Litchman & Sons). He was actively involved in Lyncourt Little League for 15 years. He is predeceased by his wife Margaret (Lawton) (1989).
He is survived by two sons; Murray (Diane) Kinnetz of Brewerton and Eugene (Peggy) of Louisville, Kentucky, a daughter; Dorine (Tony) DiNardo of Baldwinsville and 4 grandchildren.
Services will be Wednesday at 7 PM at New Comer Family Funeral Home, North Syracuse. Spring burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Central Square. Friends may visit with his family on Wednesday from 5 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home, 705 North Main Street.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Francis House, 108 Michael Ave, Syracuse, NY 13208.
