Leonora J. Maroney, 68, of Syracuse, passed away on Saturday at Crouse Hospital surrounded by family.
She was born on March 17, 1947 in Syracuse. She was a retired school bus driver for the Baldwinsville School District. Leonora was a former member of the Solvay Codes Committee and enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.
Surviving are her children; Frederick (Tammy), Christopher (Tina), Kristina (James) Ross, Paulie (AnnMarie), 6 grandchildren; Marissa, Peyton, Madysen, Hannah, Stella & Mason, brother Jay (Diane) Foisia, along with her many cousins, including Fayth & Denise.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 5-7pm at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse.
Contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
