Leonora H. Murphy, 82, of Liverpool, passed away Wednesday. Born in Syracuse, she was a communicant of Assumption Church and a member of the Salina Seniors. Leonora was a waitress in the Syracuse area for many years. She is predeceased by her husband, Wayne T. Murphy in 1987.
She is survived by three sons, Wayne (Patti); Walt (Carol) and Robert (Angela) Murphy; two daughters, Caren Hughes and Margaret (Kevin) Renaud; two brothers, Ronald and Norbert Groth; 10 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be Monday 10AM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery. Calling Hours will be Sunday from 1-4 PM at the funeral home.
Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to the American Heart Assn.
