Leonard R. Jacobs, 75, of Clay passed away Sunday. He was born in Syracuse and taught in the North Syracuse and Syracuse City Schools for over three decades. He was a veteran of the National Guard.
Leonard is survived by his wife, Barbara; his beloved children, Steven (Nancy), Miriam (Ron) Brown, Robert (Jennifer); and four beloved grandchildren, Heather, Natalie, Samuel and Kelsey; and his loved pet dog Bernice.
Services will be Wednesday 11 a.m. at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St, N. Syracuse. Burial will follow in the North Syracuse Cemetery. A calling hour will be Wednesday from 10-11 a.m. before the services at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Humane Association of CNY 4915 1/2 W. Taft Rd. Liverpool, NY 13088
