Leonard F. Herbst , 94, of Liverpool, NY, passed away August 15, 2017.
He spent his life working for General Electric. He also served in the U.S. Army. Len was an avid fisherman and sportsman. Later in life he enjoyed traveling with his wife.
He is preceded in death by his Wife, Patricia Herbst; Son, Thomas Delargy; Father, William Herbst; Mother, Emma Klotz Herbst; brothers, Frederic and Phillip Herbst; sister, Meta Kotlarz;
Surviving family includes, Wife, Esther Herbst, Son, Daniel (Patricia) Delargy and Grandson, Joseph Delargy; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday from 1 to 4 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse.
A funeral mass will be held on Monday at 10 AM at St. Rose of Lima Church.
Burial will follow in North Syracuse Cemetery.
