Leo V. Discepoli, 91, of North Syracuse passed away Wednesday. Born in Cincinnati, OH, Leo proudly served his country in WWII as a member of the US Army. He was a Production Manager for Prestolite Co. and a communicant of St. Rose of Lima Church. Leo is predeceased by his son and daughter-in-law; Joseph & Margaret and his loving wife of 44 years, Jeanette.
Surviving are his daughter; Diana (Jeffrey) Zlotnick, five grandchildren; John (Elaine) and Dan (Karen) Discepoli, David (Melissa), Lisa and Mark (Heather) Zlotnick, four great-grandchildren; Andrea, Sarah, Gabby and Nic and his devoted companion of 7 years, Florence.
Services will be held on Monday at 10 AM at New Comer Funeral Home, North Syracuse. Monsignor Kennedy will officiate. Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Sunday from 2-5 PM at the funeral home, 705 N Main Street.
In lieu of contributions, Masses are requested for his soul.
