Lazar Kristoff

Lazar D. Kristoff, 79, of Clay died Wednesday at University Hospital from complications of open heart surgery. Born in Syracuse and a veteran of the US Navy, Lazar was the Owner/Operator of Kris' Auto Electric in Syracuse.
He is survived by his companion Martha Sullivan and her children Karen, Kathy and Michael, one son; Thomas (Bonnie) Kristoff, two daughters; Karen (Anthony) Chiarizia and Patricia (Richard) Kapelewski, one brother; Chris (Cathy) Kristoff his grandchildren; Anthony & Joseph Chiarizia, Sara & Traci Kristoff and Laura Kapelewski and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be held on Friday at 7 PM at New Comer Family Funeral Home, North Syracuse. Private burial will be in White Chapel Memory Gardens, Dewitt. Friends are invited to call on Friday from 4-7 PM at the funeral home, 705 North Main St.
