Lawrence A. "Butch" Wilcox, 80 of North Syracuse, NY, passed away peacefully at home with his loving family by his side on Wednesday, May 24th, 2023. Born in Syracuse, NY to the late Harold and Dorothy Wilcox.
He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army. He was a tractor trailer driver for over 25 years for P&C Foods. He loved fishing, hunting and making wine and beer in his free time. Larry enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Joanne; children, John "Chopper" (Valerie) Wilcox; grandchildren, Jocelyn (John) and Jacob; great-granddaughter, Carter Rose and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Predeceased by his son, Stephen J. Wilcox in 2013. A celebration of his life will take place at a later date.
