Lawrence "Larry" Vogt

Larry passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer. Larry's hobbies consisted of building and flying radio controlled airplanes. He also enjoyed biking, hunting, gardening, and being with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was a member of the CNY Indoor Flying Society, Oneida Lake Flyers, North Shore Sportsman Association and the North Syracuse Seniors. Larry was a long time employee of King Lab and later retired from Cicero Wire and Rod.
Larry is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Mary. He is also survived by his children, Debbie (Dave) O'Mara, Larry (Donna) Vogt, Sandy (Ken) Pericho; brother, David (Belle) Vogt; 11 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
Larry is predeceased by his brother, Richard C. Vogt.
Calling hours will be on Wednesday from 4-7 PM at New Comer Funeral Home, North Syracuse. Services will be Thursday at the funeral home at 11AM. Burial will follow at North Syracuse Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Anna's Pantry care of Sacred Heart Church, 8229 S. Main St. Cicero, NY or Hospice of CNY, 990 7th North Street, Liverpool, NY 13088
