Laurie A. Byrns

Laurie A. Byrns of Clay passed away on Monday, March 18th at Upstate Hospital with her family by her side. After a brief, but very brave battle with pancreatic cancer, she passed at the young age of 61.

Laurie was the daughter of Robert E. Byrns Sr. & Donna M. Byrns (Zinsmeyer) as both are predeceased. She is survived by her son, Matthew Hook; grand-daughters Lillian Noel, Livana Rae & Lydia Mae; her sisters Kathy Harrington, Debora, Karen (Henry) Hinman, Diane & Christine, as well as brothers Robert Jr. (Rebecca) & David. Also her nephews; Robert J, Bryce & Bryan Byrns & niece, Jenna Visek.

Laurie most enjoyed sharing her time with family & was a huge fan of concerts at the State Fair with her son, granddaughter & welcomed everyone to join & come along- as often as she possibly could. She always had the loudest laugh & the biggest ear to ear smile. Her energetic presence was always filled with happiness & overflowing joy. She will definitely be dearly missed by all.
