Kevin Daniel Ventura

Kevin Daniel Ventura, 68, of Syracuse, passed away Monday, December 23, 2024, at Upstate Hospital in Syracuse. Kevin was born in Syracuse on February 22, 1956 son of Daniel and Georgia Ventura and grew up in the North Syracuse area. Kevin was a softball player in his early years. He also enjoyed bowling, camping and hockey. He started his employment in 1981 with Cole Muffler and then retiring from Mavis Discount Tire in July of 2022. Kevin and his wife Anne Marie were foster parents for many children throughout the years. 

He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Anne Marie Ventura, his children; Scott (Erica) Ventura, Mark Ventura, Alexis Ventura, Andrew Miller, Ashley Miller, Michael Ventura, his grandchildren; Logan, Oaklee, Cash, sister; Eva (Bill) Shanley, along with numerous, nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents and grandparents; Helen & Albert Campbell.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 3, 2025 from 3-4pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse, with service at 4pm.
